Wow! This is the best dentist's office I have ever been to! They care so much and are so helpful! I have only been there twice so far and somehow they feel almost like close family! Dr. Do Hyun Sung is an amazing dentist, he went over everything in great detail with me and answered all of my questions, and reassured me that all of my teeth can and will get fixed and he will help me get the help I need to love my smile! Arlena was an amazing help too! She made sure I was comfortable and understood everything they were going to do during my tooth extraction! She was great! And last but certainly not least, Sarah! Wow, my boyfriend wasn't able to take time off work so I had to bring my 2 young children with me and Sarah watched them for me while I had my tooth pulled! My kids had fun at the dentist's office and can't wait to go back! To say that these guys go above and beyond is an understatement and I cannot wait to have my teeth all fixed and finally love my smile! ❤️  I would highly recommend this dentist office to anyone looking for a great, reliable, and honestly caring dentist!

A few weeks ago I came to Parkway Smiles for a second opinion and saw Dr. Sung. He was personable, professional, honest and patient. I expected the consult to be 15-20 minutes but instead, it was over an hour due to my many questions. He took the time to answer all of my concerns, explained the different scenarios and ensured I had a clear understanding needed to make an informed decision going forward. At no point did I feel rushed nor did I feel pressured to allow him to do the work needed.

Sarah and the rest of the front staff were friendly from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. They were interested to hear about my day, how my appointment went and upon leaving, wished me a good rest of my day.

The overall experience was great. I left feeling relieved and less worried so decided to give them a try.

Since the consult, I have been to the office a couple times and I am very happy with my decision to switch dentists. Everyone that I have dealt with - front staff, Office Mgr Sarah, Hygienist Karma & Dental Assistant Arlene - made me feel important. As for Dr. Sung, he is also very kind and really does strive to make sure his patients have the best experience possible.

I am incredibly happy with Parkway Smiles and would highly recommend them to anyone! In the past, I had a fear and problems with dentists, but at Parkway Smiles, I always feel comfortable and safe. From the reception team, to the hygienists to Dr. Jeff, everyone is super friendly. They take my concerns seriously and have always been very accommodating. Aside from my annual check ups, I have just finished my Invisalign treatment. Dr. Jeff and the team were amazing at making sure that I was progressing properly with my trays and that I was happy with the results. I have also taken my young children to see the team and the staff has been just as friendly and wonderful with them, helping them build life long, healthy dental habits!

I had a really positive experience. I was a bit nervous beforehand but everyone was super friendly, knowledgable, and made me feel welcome and comfortable! Jyoti at the front desk was kind and reassuring, Arlene took my X-rays and booked my follow up appointments and she was efficient and made the process easy, and Dr. Do took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. I never felt uncomfortable or judged. Everyone was amazing and made sure I was taken care of. 10/10 would do again and would recommend!

I highly recommend Parkway Smiles for any kind of dental problem. Dr. Jeff Bullock is such an amazing personality who tries to explain you about your teeth and dental hygiene before taking any action. Each and every person in this clinic is so professional and amazing. Dental hygienist Kate is so good at her work and at the front desk Sarah is always there to help you with appointments as per your convenience. Every person in this clinic is always smiling and meet you in a positive and healthy way. Once I had an pain in my wisdom tooth and they were not able to take me in that day, but Dr. Jeff Bullock sent the prescription right away to the pharmacy to easy the pain and they were able to take me in next day and the medication really helped me out that day. Whenever I am in any kind of dental problem or regular hygiene, Parkway smiles is the best solution for me.
